In accordance with the attached General Certification #4501 (GC 4501), the impacts described in
your CAMA major permit application (previously DCM27-16), do not require written authorization to
utilize GC 4501. However, you are required to follow the conditions listed in the attached
certification.
If the conditions of the attached general water quality certification cannot be met or the project
scope changes so that the thresholds listed are exceeded, additional review will be required by the
Division of Water Resources and an Individual Water Certification may be required. The approval
does not alleviate the need to comply with any other federal, state and local requirements before
proceed with your project.
The Division of Water resources has assigned the project# 20161173v3. Any future DWR
correspondence should reference this project number.

We have entered the second 75-day review period for this project (one of Curt's). It had been

assigned to me and I noticed that I am still missing comments on this one from each of you all
(unsure if they had been provided to Curt or not).
Any updates or need to discuss impacts? Applicant proposed a Quick Reef living shoreline with new
alignment 30' waterward of NHW + a 42' revetment.
