We received your additional information for a minor modification post-construction stormwater permit on 12/5/2022.
At this time, the submission is not administratively complete and cannot be accepted for review in its current condition.
Please provide the following submittal item by close of business on 12/14/2022 so that we may accept the project and
begin the review process, otherwise, the project will be returned as administratively incomplete.
 1x hard copy of the Application with the following corrections made (This item is required per Part B, 1 of the
Application):
 Part D – Please provide an original (wet) signature in this section of the Application. – Only one hard
copy of the application with an original signature was provided with the 12/5/2022 submittal and two
hard copies are required.

NOTE: This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that
may be brought up during the engineering review.
