Brianna;
We received the initial review comments per email dated May 1. The comments have been
addressed as noted below.
• Please add the following items to the plans:
o Wetland delineation or a note on the plans stating that there are no wetlands
located on-site.This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H .1042(2)(g)(iii) &
Section VI, 8m of the Application. Please also list the name of the individual that
made this determination in a note on the plans.

o Vegetated setback from surface waters.This item is required per 15A NCAC
02H .1042(2)(g) &Section VI, 8p of the Application.The USGS indicates a stream
adjacent to the site. If the stream is within the required 30'vegetated set back,
please show the set back on the plans.Vegetated setbacks are required from all
surface waters, including offsite surface water. More information can be found
in 15A NCAC 02H .1003(4) & .1017(10).
■ The offsite stream is not within 30' of the site. No streams are within 30'
of the property.
o Drainage area delineation to each swale. (This item is required per 15A NCAC
02H .1042(2)(g)(iv) &Section VI, 8o of the Application).
■ Drainage area sheet has been completed and enclosed
• Please correct the following issues with the Application:
o Section II, 5-This project is located within 5 miles of an airport(Harnett Regional
Jetport). Please revise.

• Please provide 1x hard copy of a soils report with the project area clearly delineated.

the USGS identified surface water is not within 30' of the site,this section is still
required to be filled in. Per 15A NCAC 02H .1017 (10),the vegetated setback
shall be at least 30 feet in width.
