Mr. Hall,
To clarify - This project construction will serve new residential lots. There are no existing
users on this specific property. (These will be single-family homes in which a few are
already under construction)
We do not know how many homes will be built, as these type projects typically are built on
demand by the developer.
The existing gravity main which is in place immediately to the South has not had any
contributing flow... The dedicated right-of-way in which it was originally installed, has no
existing connections.
