The RCF provides documentation the the public on how to best use to the composted material. The RCF is not charging a fee for anyone that wishes to use the composted material. Operation and Mainteneace records were reviewed for the period of Januery 2023 through April of 2023. The O&M records appear to be in order. The RCF has a limited life -time. MRO staff have requested that notification be provided to the RO at least six months before the facility ceases operations. RO staff has not been made aware of a permit application for the new facility. Please submit communication regarding the application for a new permit or modification of the existing permit for the new biosolids treatment facility.
