Station Pointe Subdivision
Stormwater Treatment and Phasing Summary
Station Pointe Subdivision consists of approximately 91.12 acres with a proposed unit account of
266 residential homes. Three tracts of land make up the 91.12 acres and are divided into 2 areas,
North and South with a stream separating the two. Both the northern tract and southern tract will
each have 2 wet pond SCMs that will treat nitrogen and provide runoff attenuation to meet NCDEQ
and Town of Angier Stormwater Codes. The subdivision plan proposes to dedicate nearly 27
acres to open space.
We project that there will be 4 possible phases. This submittal represents Phase 1 only with
assigned SCM No. 4. Each future phase will have its own SCM assigned to it along with a certain
amount of open space. Depending on Market conditions our projected completion of Station
Pointe will be about 4 to 5 years.
