THIS DEED, made and entered into this a$' day of September, 2020, by and between
Jane Adams Dupree, 116 Saddle Lane, Lillington, North Carolina 27546 (Grantor) and Roger
Howard Dupree, 1307 Pearidge Road, Angier, North Carolina 27501, (Grantee);
WITNESSETH:
THAT WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement, separated on September 12, 2016 and as
a result of such separation, litigation has ensued relative to equitable distribution and other issues;
WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement have entered into a Consent Order/Judgment of
equitable distribution in Harnett County District Court File Number: 17 CVS 188, resolving all
issues existing between the parties;
WHEREAS, the Consent Order/Judgment that is being signed contemporaneously with
this deed requires Jane A. Dupree,party of the first part,to convey all of her right,title,and interest
into the hereinafter described real estate to Roger H. Dupree, party of the second part;
WHEREAS, there have been orders entered in Federal Bankruptcy Court, and the
Equitable Distribution action and this Non-Warranty Deed is made subject to any and all
provisions of the previous Orders still applicable between the parties;
WHEREAS, this deed is one of the requirements in order to facilitate the Consent
Order/Judgment.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the further consideration of the
sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, and other good and valuable consideration, the party of the
first part grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, those certain parcels of land lying and
being in Angier Township, Harnett County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as
follows:
See attached a list of the 14 tracts of real estate which are full
description in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tracts or parcels of land with all privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, in fee
simple forever.
