Attached is a copy of the Notice of Violation (NOV-2023-PC-0146) received for the Town of Stovall
WWTF (WQ0014046). I have revised and resubmitted the December 2022 NDMR and NDAR-1 as you
will see attached and added the missing data for Total Nitrate (Code: 00620). 1 have permanently added
this parameter onto the NDMR as you will see going forward. I have also attached the Meritech, Inc.
laboratory results from December to show that Total Nitrate (Code: 00620)was collected during the
required time period. We ask that this resubmission and correction of the stated errors will nullify this
violation and any civil penalties which it could have caused. If you have any additional questions or
