Subject: NCG070189 Stormwater Permit COC Renewal
Good afternoon,
The Certificate of Coverage (COC)for your facility has been renewed. It was not renewed with the batch of general
permits earlier this month because we had record of owed fees. However, our Billing Specialist identified a payment
from 2022 that had not been applied and corrected that. We renewed permit coverage effective today. I wanted to
reach out directly to let you know because if you request a copy of the renewal COC from our form on-line, it won't work
(because it has a different date than the COCs renewed on June 15Y). A copy of the COC and the communication letter
going out next week is attached. It is also available in your permit file in our repository here.
