Please see the attached for the Surface Water Classification approvals for the following farms (related to the State
Digester General Permit application packages that have recently been submitted):
1. Winters Tract - Grady (refer to cover letter dated 2023-5-21)
2. Jim Grady and Sons, Inc. (refer to cover letter dated 2023-5-21)
Several of our cover letters on pending submittals stated "Please note that the Surface Water Classification (Section 7 of
the application) has been submitted to the appropriate regional DWR office (or will be in the near future), and we expect
to forward that approval to you in the next few weeks"; for the permit submittals we've made so far, the attached
Surface Water Classification approvals complete the farms that were remaining to be forwarded to you.
