I've attached my PCN review comments for the South Harbor Townhouse project in Brunswick
County, NC below;
USACE Project ID:

-RCW Slopes:
This project will take place within one of the designated RCW slopes agreement areas. Please fill out
the paper work for the slopes agreement. (see attached document)
Please find the completed SLOPES Agreement attached.

-MITIGATION:
A statement from Stone Farm Mitigation Bank is required to ensure that they have the required 1.0
credits available for purchase.
A request was submitted to the Stone Farm Mitigation Bank and will be forwarded upon receipt,
which should be within the next day or two.
-CULVERT DRAWING by impact #1(1A-1B):
A diagram/drawing (with dimensions) of the proposed culvert that will be installed for the road
crossing at impact #1 (1A-113) is required.
Please find the detail drawings for Impact Area #1 attached.
-N LEB:
I'll log in using the IPAC record locator (557-126736188) to produce the NLEB Concurrence letter.
This will be sent to USFWS for a 15 day Review.
