Good morning, as we discussed is Stantec/ Microsoft planning on withdrawing the application until the design is
completed? Or would Microsoft prefer to go the "incomplete route" and formalize what was already submitted on
06/20/2023?
An email would be sufficient for me to withdraw. Just need notification that this is indeed the path that the applicant
would like to pursue.
