The enclosed revisions are submitted for approval pursuant to your April 27th, 2023 letter with comments.
1.The forebay was raised by 0.1' in order to make the forebay volume be 19.72%so that it is between 15%-20%of main pool volume.
The last page of the 0&M Agreement showing these elevations has been updated and is enclosed.
This elevation was also updated on the Supplement EZ Wet Pond sheet
The forebay stage storage calculation has been revised and is enclosed.
2.The vegetative setback has been set to 30' on the Supplement EZ cover page
3a.The drainage area has been updated to 18.16 on the application section IV.7
The impervious area of 52.44%was previously based upon the project area of 18.16 acres so it did not change.
3b.The supplement EZ for was updated with the project area of 18.16 acres.
The drainage areas page has been updated as per the comments for 791,207 sf project area and 789,699 sf property area
The 1,508 sf area with in the road right of way was updated on the Supplement EZ
4.The calculations for pond routing and runoff volume have the correct drainage area. The calculation page 'Surface Area and Depth
Required for Main Pool' have been updated to reflect a drainage area to SCM of 563,231 sf
5. No plans changed as a result of these comments, however,various permit applications sheets and calcs were updated and 1 copy of
these 'other documents'are enclosed. PDFs have also been uploaded to the site in the comment letter.
