The site is a large lot (-47.090) in a new subdivision called Parrish Landing., The lot is mostly wooded. The subdivision is located in western Johnston near the Harnett County line. The
vicinity is made up of farmland and new subdivisions.

There was a 404 and 401 issued for the S/D project in 2021. SAW-2021-019378, 20220420 Ver 1
The permit was for wetland impact at the entrance of the subdivision.

The purpose of the project is to install a crossing across an existing wetland so a home can be built on high ground across the wetland.
41. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: *
The one lane driveway will be installed over an existing wetland. A motor grader and a track hoe will be used to grade the driveway and to install the culverts. The culverts will be 30 feet in
length. There will be an 0.049 acre impact to the wetland.
1 house lot will be constructed on the high ground across the wetland. The wetland will be protected with silt fence and the culvert will not be installed in periods of wet weather. I don't
foresee any indirect impacts.

Design is to cross the wetland at the most narrow point and the driveway is crossing perpendicular as possible. The drive is narrowed to 30 Ift culverts
making the top of the drive -18 feet wide.

A silt fence will be installed prior to construction to protect the wetlands. The instillation should not happen during periods of high water or when rain is
expected. An approved sediment and erosion control plan will also be followed.

Woodpecker -The only trees are mixed hardwoods and no old growth pines, no habitat, no affect. 3)Neuse River Waterdog-They are found in streams,
we have no impact to a stream, no habitat, no affect. 4) Carolina Madtom - Live in streams clean water with permanent flow. No habitat, no affect. 5)
Atlantic Pigtoe-lives in flowing streams. No habitat, no affect.
5) Monarch Butterfly -Are found in meadows, roadsides, and sandy areas where milkweed plants grow." No milkweed plants have been found. No
