Hey Brittany,
I thought that the ROS wasn't processed because Thad Valentine had not approved the form.

Hi John,
Thank you for your patience. I am working to update this COC outfall. Can you tell me which outfalls 001 and 006
represent? I am linking a ROS Request DEQ received last August that shows otherwise.

Our Q1 eDMR was rejected due to outfall changes. I need to submit a new eDMR for RDU5 for Q1. The sample points
001-004 were taken at Outfall 001, 002, 003, and 010. Recently,Thad Valentine with the Raleigh regional office
conducted a site walk with John at RDU5.They determined additional outfalls and have organized sample points for
Outfalls 001, 002, 003, and 006. The Q2 outfalls needed for stormwater monitoring going forward will be different than
that of Q1. As of right now, there is not an Outfall 010 in the system for the Q1 eDMR that still needs to be resubmitted.
Once this is submitted we would need only outfalls 1,2,3,and 6. I am not sure how to proceed. Let me know if a call
might be best. This is a unique situation. I appreciate your help.Thank you!

Ms.Nickens,
The report that you submitted yesterday that failed to process last night is due to Outfall changes made in our internal
system resulting in a discrepancy with the information in your report. The report was created prior to these latest
changes made by SW staff in our permit data system, which is a separate system from eDMR. I notified the SW staff
person who should have contacted you about this issue. It appears that you have attempted another submitta I of the
same report this morning, which will fail again.
The only way to correct this issue will be for you to delete the report entirely and then recreate the report so that the
updated out-fall information will be reflected in the report. You will then need re-enter you data and re-submit the
report.
I will need to reset the report status and stop this last submittal and will let you know when you can proceed.

Hi Brittany,
We just had a site walkthrough with Thad Valentine, the regional office local inspector, after our Q1 sampling and had
to switch things around. At his request Q2's outfalls will be different than Q1. The summary of what we need is below to
complete the Q1 eDMR as it was rejected and the Q2 eDMR/monitoring reporting requirements for future quarters. Let
me know if you have any questions.Thank you!
Summary
Q1 we need the following outfalls to be active
Outfall 001
Outfall 002
Outfall 003
Outfall 010
Q2 we need the following outfalls
Outfall 001
Outfall 002
Outfall 003
Outfall 006
Worth mentioning that the following outfalls were granted ROS by the inspector. I'm not sure I know how that works in
DMR
Outfall 007 paired with 006
Outfall 005 paired with 001
