Residential Seawall is stable and holding up well except for one section 20ft where it's starting to fail. Want to repair before it gets
too bad.

Place fabric in front and over top of wall then place Rip Rap in front of the existing seawall up and over top of existing wood wall
so as to conceal existing wall. existing wall is structurally sound.
