stormwater Tier III status. Please find a notification letter and an action plan attached to this email. Paper copies
of each will be mailed to your office. The site has already begun implementation of the plan and bringing the

pollutants of concern to below the BMVs is a priority. Please let us know of any further actions that are needed
to satisfy the requirements or if further information is needed.
