It is believed the fecal exceedance could have been from an episode of denitrification in the clarifiers a few day prior to the sample collection. Staffcle, downstream equipment and added additional disinfection, however, the fecal was a little above the daily limit. Subsequent samples were taken and the fecal levels were within the permitted limits. The nington Regional Office was notified of the violation. All other parameters were compliant for the month.
