Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records, inspection records, and the annual certification. Analytical monitoring has been conducted but at the inlet to the
pond with high results for copper. The pond does not appear to discharge. Documentation of "No Flow" needs to be taken
by the permittee and submitted to the Winston-Salem office. The 6.2-acre site drains to a 2-acre pond that does not appear
to discharge. If the pond were to discharge, the facility owns at least 20 acres of woods where the flow would sheet flow and
eventually infiltrate into the ground. Considering these factors, this permit can be changed to a general permit. If you have
