Comment: This facility has multiple outlets without any passive treatment BMPs like a retention pond
There were several areas of pondinq water with tannins from the wood pile observed The
stormwater drainage needs to be addressed to achieve positive flow during storm events so
the water doesn't pond and stagnate further.
