Dear Mr. Wright,
Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report for the
inspection we conducted at the Bedford Street High Point facility on September 28, 2022. Please
note that in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you submit an updated
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) with documentation of the employee training and
facility inspections and a qualitative monitoring report to the Winston-Salem regional office by
January 6, 2023 and submit a final incident report once the cleanup has been completed.

Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has been developed, but it is outdated and was missing several required
components. The facility has several storm drains that lead to one outfall. This inspection was conducted in response to a
fire inside of the facility that has led to minimal wood particles accumulated at the outfall. The five-day incident report has
been received by the Winston-Salem regional office and a final report should be submitted once the cleanup has been
completed. An updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) with documentation of employee training and a facility
inspection report and a qualitative monitoring report must be submitted the Winston-Salem regional office by January 6,
