Inspection Summary:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and related documentation was complete including employee training
records, inspection records, and the annual certification except in 2021. The facility has 5 outfalls, but one does not have
industrial activity in the drainage area and it can be removed. Several yard inlet discharge points could not be determined by
facility personnel. Locating the discharge points for the yard inlets is highly recommended. This facility is permitted under
the NCG05 permit but handles metals for metal fabrication of car parts. This industrial activity should be covered under the
