Good afternoon and thank you for the quick meeting.

I have enclosed the Town approved Sewer revision plan for Sippihaw Springs. As I explained, the existing pipe station on the west was actually lower than surveyed on the original design.
We have had to lower the sewer through this project at use the minimum State required slope in order to tie this to the gravity line on the eastern side of Hwy 55 and the project.

This did affect the clearance on the aerial sewer pipe as shown on the approved impact maps. This sewer is still aerial, but it will be lower than shown before. All the other impacts
are still as previously shown.
