I conducted an inspection at the subject facility on December 1, 2022. The SFR discharge system is disconnected, a septic
system permit from the Local Health Department was issued in 2020, and a new system was installed. See attached for
the permit from the LHD. Mr. Daniel Davis is the current Fire Chief and I have copied him on this email.
