On June 16, 2023 the DWR as conducted a compliance training inspection at the subject facility
attended by: Ori Tuvia, Octovis Henriquez, Douglas Dowden, Min Xiao, Anjali Orlando, Nick
coco, Fenton Brown and Kevin Fowler. The assistance of Jim Bridges and Jonathan Bulla was
greatly appreciated during the inspection. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance
Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to ensure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. It
was noted that no discharge has been reported during the 12-month (March 2022 through
February 2023) compliance history review. At the time of inspection, the subject facility
appeared to be well maintained. We wish to thank you for your assistance regarding this
inspection.
