This is an update to a courtesy notification that was submitted on 1/14/2019. NCDOT will be replacing dual
pipes in a jurisdictional area in Tyrrell County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on an unnamed canal to The Frying Pan, Stream Index No.
30-16-18-1, Pasquotank River Basin. CAMA General Permit 07H .2300 Number 86883 is attached.
Existing (2) 60" x 65' CMP's will be replaced by (2) 87x63"x70' at N 35.8047' W
76.1086°.
