Dear Mr.Weaver,
I hope this email finds you well today. We talked by phone a couple of weeks ago about updating the City of Wilson's
various permit contacts within NCDEQ's database. I was to forward you our information so you could help us get this
corrected. Sorry it has taken a bit, but it took some time to gather all the info and get it updated. Please find attached a
"Cover Letter for Contact Updates"that specifies the various contacts and there is also a "List of Contacts"that has each
specified person's contact information.
I have also attached a copy of the "Delegation of Signature Authority" for our NPDES Permit(NCO23906). I will be
forwarding the original "DSA"to the Water Quality Permitting Section and sending a copy to the Raleigh Regional Office,
but I included it with this email in case you might find it useful.
I greatly appreciate you working to assist us with updating our contact information for our permit. If you have any
questions or concerns at all, please contact me. Also, I will be working on providing similar information for all of our
"non-discharge" permits in the near future.
