This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00297. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. Staff is to be commended for their professionalism and attention to compliance with the Collection System Permit. All required records and logs were available upon request and well organized. Permit was available upon request. Large overall system map was available along with detailed maps of individual line segments. Two pump stations are visited daily. The remaining four are visted every other day. Full functionality tests are performed at each visit. All pump stations are on SCADA. During the isnpection, the SCADA system notified the operator of high level alarms during testing. High priority lines are inspected monthly or after large rainfall events. Grease education is being distributed as required along with handouts and can lids. Cleaning records showed that 24,307 or 14% of the gravity lines have been cleaned so far this year.
