Dear Ms. Sanchez -King,
This letter is In response to the NOV issued on May 22, 2023, for failure to follow our ERR I will continue
to educate the Town management on the state and federal regulations surrounding the pretreatment
program. Additionally, I will continue my training in the pretreatment program by participating in state
and federal training classes as they become available. I understand that failure to follow the ERP goes
against pretreatment regulations and also sets a precedent for future problems.
I have received from Burgaw their permit application and the additional information that I requested.
Their initial inspection is scheduled for Friday, June 16th and I should have their permit ready to be sent
to the State for approval by the end of the month.
