By copy of this correspondence, the As -Built Report submitted by IRS on May 4, 2023 for the Dead
Tree B bank site is approved. Once DWR receives confirmation of monitoring bond renewal, we can
proceed with the issuance of a credit release for both Task 3 & Task 4. The bond we currently have
on file is attached to this email.
