Jim: We are currently working on the revisions to the Woodhaven Subdivision Project per comments sent on May 12, 2022. One question that the client and I discussed is the potential of converting the 2 common areas into buildable lots. During rezoning, these two lots were initially planned, but based on a preliminary soils evaluation, it was determined to remove the lots at that time. Since the submittal, Forsyth County has informed us that they will do an independent evaluation of the soils to determine the suitability of a septic drain field. Thus, we would like to consider these two common areas as lots until we are updated by the Health Department for feasibility. Our preference would be to incorporate the two lots into this resubmittal instead of having a revision to the permit in the future if it is deemed possible by Forsyth County that the two lots can be considered as buildable. As we are addressing revisions, can we update the application to incorporate the two additional lots, or should it be modified as a revision in the future (after approval)? The attached site plan indicates the two Common Areas that are under consideration. Thanks, Rav Website | Vcard | Map | Email 1 2
