NOTE: We have another post-construction reviewer on-staff (Yay!). Review times will start to come down as
we bring her up to speed and get her trained in reviewing projects. We are now processing new Standard
Applications, but there is a bit of a backlog that we are working through so we will acknowledge the receipt of
any Standard Applications within a couple of days of recieving it, but the administrative review may take som
time to complete. Fast-Track Applications are still being processed at the normal rate so that is still an option if
the project is on a tight deadline.
The typical review time is approximatley 90 calendar days for a project at the end of the Standard Review
Queue, approximatley 15-30 calendar days for a project at the end of the Fast-Track Review Queue, and
whenever my schedule allows (but not to exceed the typical 90 day review time) for a project at the end of the
Quick Review Queue. Review times should be coming down now that there is another reviewer on staff.
These are currently the project review queues and should give you a rough estimate of when your project will
be reviewed (occasionally, a project that is lower in the review queue will get reviewed prior to a project that is
higher in the review queue, this is because different projects require different amounts of review time and I am
trying to maximize the number of projects that I review in my working hours). Dates indicate
