Inspection Summary:
In response to a recision request, a site visit was conducted on May 26, 2023 at Loves Travel Stop #412 in Harnett County.
The site was under active construction on the date of the visit, and I was able to determine that the old clarifier had been
removed. I spoke with Caleb Harrison via phone call and email. I recieved email confirmation from Mr. Harrison on June 2,
2023 stating that the new facility will not be conducting vehicle maintenance. With the new oil/water clarifier being plummed
to sewer, and no vehicle maintenance being conducted on site, I have no obligations to rescinding permit coverage.
