Enclosed is a stormwater management permit application package submittal for the Rebekah Evans 230 KV POD substation. South
River Electric Membership Corporation("SRI MC")of Dunn,NC is planning to construct a new electrical substation in Cumberland
County,NC on an existing parcel that they own.Pike Engineering,LLC,is contracted to develop construction plans for the facility.
The substation is necessary to provide capacity to meet the growing demand for electrical energy in the region. The submittal is
inclusive of the items identified in in section VI Submittal Requirements on the application form
