If the files are small enough, you can email them to me or you can upload them at the following link (https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload). Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Application: o Section IV, 3 – Please indicate the river basin that this project is located in (can be determined here: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/7073e9122ab74588b8c48ded34c3df55/?data_id=dataSource _1-SurfaceWaterClassifications_6584_4677%3A2505 and will be one of the 17 major river basins in NC). o Section IV, 10 – For a low-density projects like this, the “drainage area” is equal to the project area (2.73 ac) and there is typically no off-site component. Also, the proposed BUA is shown on plan sheet EC02 as 26,126 sf and is shown as both 25,110 & 24,535 sf in this table. Please revise as needed. - Supplement-EZ Form: o Cover Page:  Line 7 – Please include the width of the vegetated setback required from surface waters (please refer to 15A NCAC 02H .1003(4) & .1017(1)). It is noted that there are no surface waters located on-site, however this value should still be provided. o Drainage Area Page:  Line 4 – This project only has 1 low-density “drainage area”, the project area.  Similar to the earlier comment in the Application section, a project like this has a single “drainage area” that is equal to the project area and there is typically no off-site component. Since the “drainage area” and project area are the same for this project, the entire site column and DA 1 columns will be the same and should correspond to the information shown in Section IV, 10 of the Application. For this project, Lines 4 (type of SCM) & 19-21 do not need to be completed. Please provide the following: - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Application. - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Supplement-EZ Form. - 1x hard copy (2x hard copies for plans) & 1x electronic copy of anything else needed to address these comments. 2 Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: For FedEx/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640M Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Hand Delivery: Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I (or someone else in my group) will be able to receive the submission. Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard. NOTE: Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office. Doing so will delay the review process and the submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office. Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal review. Let me know if you have any questions.
