The site currently consists of a single family residence with pool and pier. Adjacent property's include single family residences with pools and piers.

The purpose of this project is to construct a retaining wall to better stabilize the upland area of the property from runoff erosion. A small area of wetlands (173 so is proposed to be filled to
create a straight retaining wall alignment and to better protect the existing features on site.

The proposed project will include an 86 LF retaining wall to better stabilize the upland area from runoff erosion. A small area of wetlands (173 so is proposed to be filled to create a straight
retaining wall alignment and to better protect the existing features on site. Equipment will include a skid steer, mini -excavator, dump truck, and hand tools for the construction of the
proposed wall and associated back TII.
