Just send them an email letting them know that we have processed the contact information update form, it has officially
been changed in our permitting database, but getting an updated copy of the permit will take some additional time due
to staffing shortages/backlog (but we will modify it for them).

If the permit documents aren’t in Laserfiche, have ARO send the hard copy of the permit file over when they gat a
chance (realistically, I won’t get to this until after the new year, so no rush).

Hi Jim,

A permit information update application form was submitted for this project. I’ve updated the owner in BIMS (the
consultant was entered as the owner previously) and all of the contact information as requested by the permittee. This
is the project where the permittee also requested a new copy of the permit, reflecting the updated information. I will be
reaching out to the contact person to ask about changing the project name, as they did not indicate this on the updated
form.

Do I need to send anything to the permittee? I’ve attached the email I sent previously requesting information as well as
a copy of the permit. Thanks.

We received a permit information update application form for SW1161001, GF Linamar. The permittee would like to
change the point of contact information for the permit, however upon review of the information in BIMS, the
permittee/owner of the project is WGLA Engineering PLLC, not GF Linamar. Officials with GF Linamar were only added as
facility points of contact when the permit was originally issued.

A copy of the original permit is not in Laserfiche, so I was wondering if you could send us a copy if you have one? We
need to determine if a permit transfer is needed (change in ownership), or if the information was just entered
incorrectly in BIMS.

FYI, I already added the new points of contacts for the facility in BIMS, so it shows that I recently updated the record.
