Good Afternoon, The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit Application for the subject project on November 21, 2023. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H.1000 - 1062 rules. We are forwarding modified, updated, and reissued Permit No. SW3201203, dated February 6, 2023, for the construction, operation and maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency permit that may be required. Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 75 calendar days, but can take up to 90 calendar days per statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed 75 days). Please upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below.
