This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Currituck County under 
Nationwide Permit 3 conditions.  Location is on a UT to the North River, Stream Index No. 30‐2, Pasquotank River Basin.   

Existing 24" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 36.382128°   W 75.978215°.
