rescission of the North Carolina DEQ Animal Feeding Operation(AFO)permit corresponding to the following

The population of the dairy was reduced to under 100 c ws(+/-30 head)on and remained
that way until full depopulation and shutdown in( I -._.). It is my intention to eventually close
the structure to NRCS standards. I understand that if the dairy is restarted.I will be required to apply for a new
permit through the Animal Feeding Operations Program prior to operating.
