Stormwater monitoring is performed at Greater Charlotte Hauling under Permit No. NCG080406. On behalf of
Greater Charlotte Hauling, WSP USA Inc. is providing the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR)for the
first quarter stormwater sampling event of 2023. There was no qualifying discharge for SDO#1 during operational
hours during the compliance period. A sample was collected from outfall SDO#2 on March 10, 2023. Oil and
grease were not detected, and the concentration of total suspended solids (TSS)was below the benchmark in the
sample from SDO#2. The field parameter, pH, was within the acceptable range during this sampling event.
