NCG080983 To Whom It May Concern, Stormwater monitoring is performed at Charlotte-South Hauling under Permit No. NCG080983. On behalf of Charlotte-South Hauling, WSP USA Inc. is providing the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR)for the first quarter stormwater sampling event of 2023. The sample was collected from outfall SDO#1 on March 10, 2023. Total suspended solids (TSS)were reported at a concentration below the benchmark value and Oil and Grease concentrations were below the reporting limit and benchmark value for this event. The field parameter, pH, was recorded within the allowable benchmark range. Based on these results, the facility will remain in quarterly monitoring and no further actions are required.
