Stormwater monitoring is performed at Fayetteville Hauling under Permit No. NCG080718. On behalf of
Fayetteville Hauling, WSP USA Inc. is providing the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report(DMR)for the first
quarter of 2023. There was no qualifying discharge during operational hours during the compliance period. A
qualifying storm event occurred on March 2, 2023 and an attempt was made to sample the site outfalls; however,
no discharge was observed. The discharge monitoring report form is attached.
