All other parameters were below permitted limits. The non- compliant TSS level can be attributed to an exposed ditchline leading from the concrete plant to the SW pond and plant maintenance/wash down from the asphalt plant site that also drains to the SW Pond; an action plan is underway to stabilize the concrete ditchline and to clean up on the asphalt plant site by adding a containment block wall for the fines disposal area, increased frequency of clean out of the fines catchment area, and removal of sediments from the forebay of the SW Pond. This action plan will completed by end of Q2.
