The non-compliant sample can be attributed to runoff from our neighbor's exposed soil (graded area along property boundary for tree plantings)flowing into our diversion ditch that leads to our SW Pond. Additionally, some sediments from our concrete yard that make it to our SW Pond could be contributing to this elevated TSS reading;our action plan is underway to work with our neighbors to ensure that they achieve a well established groundcover on their disturbed areas draining onto our site, continue our diligence in scraping our yard of sediment and properly disposing in our concrete recycle pile, and cleaning out our sediment catch basin at the concrete plant more often. This action plan will be completed by the end of Q2.
