3. One (1) copy of the Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form (FTSE 10-18);
4. Two (2) sets of Project Development Plans;
5. One (1) set of 11x17 Reduced Project Development Plans;
6. Two (2) copies of the Technical Specifications;
7. One (1) copy of the digital submittal package;
8. Two (2) copies of the Sewer design report & project narrative;
9. Two (2) copies of the USGS Map with Site Identification;
10. Two (2) copies of the Flow Reduction Letter dated November 5, 2010; and
11. Two (2) copies of the Power Reliability letter from Brunswick Electric.
