Run-off stream runs through backyard of the property, home and secondary structure built on the property well above the stream.
Homeowners are looking to build pool directly behind the home.
Neighbors recently built in the same buffer we are requesting to build in. homeowners willing to mitigate construction area to improve
buffer area.

Neighbors home goes directly through buffer. We feel after the build there will be no negative impact to the nearby run-off stream.
