Emily Thompson with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)was also present during the site visit. The Division acknowledges all areas and boundaries identified as jurisdictional wetlands by the USACE. The attached initial and dated sketch accurately depicts all Division stream determinations conducted during the site visit.The table below reflects all Division stream determinations conducted during the site visit. The enclosed map(s) also depict the feature(s) evaluated for subjectivity to the Neuse Buffer Rules. This information is summarized in the table below. Streams that are considered "Subject" have been located on the most recently published NRCS Soil Survey of Wayne County and/or the most recent copy of the USGS Topographic (at 1:24,000 scale) map(s), have been located on the ground at the site, and possess characteristics that qualify them to be at least intermittent streams. Features that are considered "Not Subject" have been determined to not be at least intermittent or not present on the property or not depicted on the required maps.
