Scott Stalcup, Brian Luther, and Reid Whitehead were present during the inpsection. The following are items that need attention: - Station 149+00 LT - Sediment was observed in the JS. Appears to be originating from the existing culvert under NC 69. Sediment was removed 6.12.23 and 6.13.23. Photos documenting cleanup were received on 6.13.23. - Station 203+25 LT - SDO needs maintenance before next rain event. The culvert at Station 149+00 needs to be a high priority due to multiple sediment losses in the recieving stream. Continue to meet NPDES cover requirements. Are the culverts and/or filled areas installed properly? Is the site compliant with additional conditions of the 401 WQC or non 404 permit? Sediment was observed in the JS at Station 149+00 LT. Measures are in place above JS. The loss does not appear to have originated from construction activities, but from possible culvert failure in the existing pipe. There was a crew addressing the sediment in the JS. Photos documenting cleanup were received on 6.13.23. Comment: page:2
