East Group Properties decided not to move forward with the onsite stream restoration plan. They will pay DMS for all
mitigation. We already have the attached DMS acceptance letter in place. I requested a revision of this acceptance letter
today to 660 stream credits and 0.28 wetland credits. Once I receive it from Kelly (hopefully tomorrow) I will forward it
to you. I appreciate both of you trying to get the approvals completed in time to get an invoice from Kelly before June
30, 2023.
